Teppanyaki is a style of dining in which our chefs prepare your meal right in front of you. They are trained in acrobatic feats of the knife and spatula, entertaining you while preparing your order with skill and profession.
The word Teppanyaki comes from teppan (鉄板), which means iron plate, and yaki (焼き), which means grilled, broiled or pan-fried. Also referred to as hibachi, Nakato’s Teppanyaki dining area has tables large enough for groups as well as a private room area for special occasions. Our menu includes items such as steak, shrimp, scallops, filet, chicken, tofu and lobster which are served with noodles, vegetables, with the option of our signature fried rice. All of our sauces are made in house and uniquely sets Nakato apart from any other “hibachi” restaurant in Atlanta.
